2The faculty recommend that you take one (1) additional studio class during this quarter to build a stronger portfolio.

5ART 110 should be taken in the first year of the two-year program and is offered spring quarter only. Student cannot complete ART 161 without completing ART 110.
6ART 161 and 261 are required classes. ART 161 is taught fall and spring quarters only and must be taken PRIOR to ART 261, which is taught spring quarter only.
7ART 180 may be substituted with ART 186 or 188.
8ART 130 may be substituted with ART 147, 189, 202 or 205.
9CMST& 101 may be substituted with ENGL& 102
10ART 205 may be substituted with ART 130 or 194.
11ART 186 may be substituted with ART 180, 188, 190, 191, 192 or 193.
12Any art course will serve as an art elective. Some classes can be repeatable courses. See college catalog for listing of courses and repeatable courses.
